”These Negroes, they‘re getting pretty uppity these days and that‘s a problem for us since they‘ve got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we‘ve got to do something about this, we‘ve got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference.”
President Lyndon Baines Johnson, And is “Great Society” to help the Negro… was recorded on a White House taped (and saved) conversation claiming, “I’ll have them niggers voting Democratic for the next two hundred years.”
“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” — Josef Goebbles
“Civil rights became a critical concern during Eisenhower’s administration. In 1954 the Supreme Court ruled that racial segregation in public schools was unconstitutional, but the decision was not universally accepted. The people of the South resisted, and racial tensions mounted. In 1957 the governor of Arkansas ordered National Guard troops to prevent a group of African-American students from enrolling at an all-white high school in Little Rock. Eisenhower was forced to send federal troops to escort the new students to school. Eisenhower also proposed and signed the Civil Rights Act of 1957, which was intended to guarantee the voting rights of all African Americans. This was the first civil rights legislation to pass since Reconstruction. It was followed by the Civil Rights Act of 1960, which was an attempt to further strengthen voting rights by mandating federal inspection of local voter registration polls.”

Pingback: Real Racism: A History of the Democratic Party - Page 18 - US Message Board - Political Discussion Forum
He’s out his his mind.
It is refreshing to hear this gentleman talk about the real deal…the history and involvement of the Republican Party in the success of Black people. The most uninformed people on the planet are black Democrats…who are members of the same party that organized the KKK to stop blacks from voting or at least not vote Republican. The Democratic Party is the master of the plantation where many blacks find themselves today, after all these years.
You said it. Can you say, Stockholm’s Syndrome?
And his sales pitch to the “Dixie crats” in order to get the Civil Rights Act passed?- “If we get this to pass the N’s will vote for us for the next hundred years.” Very classy. Unfortunately, it seems LBJ was correct when it came to it grabting the democratic party the black vote almost always.
LBJ was right but so awful as a real person.
If he ran for President I would vote for him! Sorry O but I am not happy.
Good enough make me vote different…something to think about indeed!
I would trade our sen Tim johnson the dem for this one
I love this guy like A breath of fresh air!
You people do realize the writer of this article is quoting a Nazi officer right.
Not just a Nazi officer but also Hitlers Minister of Propaganda.
And by you people I mean uppity negros.
Mike, Yesterday I tried this, and it works, http://apps.facebook.com/237472146340761 ,go there and do it to see if they are still doing it. I’m already tracking the package on fedex <3
Not just a minister of the Nazi propaganda machine but also one of Hitlers most devout followers. The writer of this article needs to do a little research before he opens his mouth.
Yeah, we get it, it’s important to know that the Democratic party uses Goebbels’ tactics to deceive people. How better to do that than to quote him?
Wow! Refreshing indeed! This man needs to run for political office…he could give Barrack Obama a run for his money for sure! It’s nice to here an American who is not afraid to say what’s real.
It’s the video below LBJ’s comment that is amazing! I would vote for Tim Johnson of the Fredrick Douglass Foundation in a heartbeat. He puts Jesus Christ first, family second and his politics third and he speaks the truth about how we view each other. Refreshing to see a Black Republican who knows the real history of the party (did you know it was the republicans who voted in the 13,14 and 15th Amendments to the Constitution? Not the democrats.)
Amen!
God bless you!
Thanks for serving our nation!
This man sounds to intelligent to be a Republican.
You’ve got to be kidding! When a man opens his mouth & sounds intelligent, I assume he’s a Republican.
Janet Sweeney Sprague Thanks, I meant to comment on that.
if you’re talking about intelligence – - it should be “too intelligent”, not “to intelligent”
@ Rodney Levenduski , maybe he’s a Libertarian , that would certainly explain it . You definitely sound ignorant enough to be a liberal , see how that works rod !
Janet & Carolyn, tahnk you for the correction but I thinbk poor typing skills were the problem.
This Man is Awesome, I could listen to him for hours. Not only is he awesome he is a smart man.
Tim Johnson is a good man!
Why is this man not running for office?
because he will be attacked, lambasted, and hammered mercilessly by the Left and Left leaning people and organizations to the brink of putting him in a straight jacket.
And let us put Obama on the shelf in 2012!
I love what he says, he is so refreshing!
He used a bill that was written by Dwight D. Eisenhower to lobby votes during the Civil Rights movement in 1964! AND, he never used the term, “Negro”!,…he always called them “niggers”, because he was a fat, old, brain damaged, racist from Texas!
Denise and was probably involved in the assassination of JFK. Did you read how he came to prominence, names taken from graveyards, proxy votes, he was a horrible man. I guessed he used the term “nigger” because that would be typical of that racist sob
Denise you know I was talking about the Republican Tim Johnson when I said I liked him don’t you
Hes so good! I have to watch him again! haha
you like this one ay
Chaplain Ayesha Kreutz I love this guy!
yeah I have to agree. Next time he is in town Nove 12th I think I will have to introduce you to him

I still think the Civil War was not about slavery

It amazes me also when the young think Bush is the ‘war president’. This is the same Liberal FDR Democrat that had a half million of us in Viet Nam fighting people who wanted us to leave their country back in 1968. Democrats sent our men to France in 1917 and Korea in 1951. Kennedy set off a coup in VN in 1964 and sent troops which drastically escalated under Johnson.
The voting populace is showing what happens when teaching history is ignored.
