You’ve Gotta Read This 7-23
By Mack Rights
If you read anything in the next week, read this piece by Andrew McCarthy. I’ve been writing with much disgust this week about John McCain’s denouncing of Rep. Michele Bachmann and others (including FDF member Rep. Trent Franks) for inquiring about the familial relations of Sec. Of State Hilary Clinton’s aid Huma Abedin. Her mother is not only a part of the Muslim Sisterhood, but she is a friend of the new Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian President Morsi’s wife. This is a serious issue, and if the lemmings in the GOP establishment jump on McCain’s sinking ship, the GOP will go down. Without a political party to protect we Christians from the Muslim takeover of our country at the hands of the rapidly invading and infiltrating Muslim Brotherhood, this country is doomed. I’m not being hyperbolic. Look at Europe. They are doomed, and it’s happening here now, as I write, and John McCain, Mr. Maverick himself, is aiding and abetting the radical Islamists in our own government. Read this. Read this piece. By the way, McCarthy was one of the attorneys who successfully prosecuted the blind sheik for the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. He knows about the terrorists and the Islamic faith. He studied it intensively during this prosecution. In fact, one of President Morsi’s first declarations was that the US should free the blind sheik. If you don’t read the whole thing, just read the last page. You’ll probably be convinced to read the rest when you read the list of things the State Department has done since Hilary took over with Huma as an aide. You’ll finish reading with the conclusion that you don’t even live in the United States of America anymore. You might even conclude we live in the Muslim States of America. This is serious. Take it seriously.
Awr Hawkins lists three reasons that Rep. Michele Bachmann might be right about the Muslim Brotherhood connections of Hilary Clinton aid Huma Abedin. John McCain should be ashamed, but I’m sure he’s not. Maybe he’s on the payroll of the Muslim Brotherhood. That’s not an accusation, but after reading the above story by Andrew McCarthy about his sudden change of heart about them, one has to wonder. They obviously have a deep influence on many people in our government, and it’s not like they’re poorly funded. We buy millions of barrels of oil from them everyday because our president refuses to let us drill for oil in many lucrative places here in our own country.
In Kentucky, Savannah Dietrich, 17, passed out at a party and was molested by six dirtbags. A liberal judge gave the boys a sweet deal and stuck a shiv in Savannah by “placing a gag order that barred Dietrich from talking about what happened to her.” Fighting back, against the liberal judge’s orders, she tweeted the attackers’ names, and now, she may go to jail. “There you go, lock me up,” she tweeted, “I’m not protecting anyone who made my life a living Hell.” This is just another instance of liberals being complete sexual degenerates.
Warning, this video is profoundly offensive, but I’m linking to it and the story simply because people need to know how depraved liberals are. Sarah Silverman, a rabidly liberal Obama supporter is offering “lesbian sex” to Mr. Sheldon Adelson who is donating a lot of money to a Romney super PAC if he’ll instead donate it to Obama. Then to show what she means by this “lesbian sex,” she demonstrates doing it with a little dog while she’s wearing a two-piece bikini. This advertisement is sponsored by the Jewish Council for Education and Research. Depravity I say.
This is huge. Jeremy Peters of the New York Times did a story on how the White House requires print media to submit their stories to the Obama government for “review, ‘correction’ and approval before it reaches the American people!” Without going through this process, the media does not get access to the White House. This is more proof that the mainstream media is indeed controlled by the government. Joseph Farah highlights excerpts from the liberal New York Times piece:
“The quotations come back redacted, stripped of colorful metaphors, colloquial language and anything even mildly provocative.”
“They are sent by e-mail from the Obama headquarters in Chicago to reporters who have interviewed campaign officials under one major condition: the press office has veto power over what statements can be quoted and attributed by name.”
“Most reporters, desperate to pick the brains of the president’s top strategists, grudgingly agree. After the interviews, they review their notes, check their tape recorders and send in the juiciest sound bites for review. The verdict from the campaign – an operation that prides itself on staying consistently on script – is often no, Barack Obama does not approve this message.”
“Now, with a millisecond Twitter news cycle and an unforgiving, gaffe-obsessed media culture, politicians and their advisers are routinely demanding that reporters allow them final editing power over any published quotations.”
“Quote approval is standard practice for the Obama campaign, used by many top strategists and almost all mid-level aides in Chicago and at the White House – almost anyone other than spokesmen who are paid to be quoted. (And sometimes it applies even to them.) It is also commonplace throughout Washington and on the campaign trail.”
“Many journalists spoke about the editing only if granted anonymity, an irony that did not escape them.”
“From Capitol Hill to the Treasury Department, interviews granted only with quote approval have become the default position. Those officials who dare to speak out of school, but fearful of making the slightest off-message remark, shroud even the most innocuous and anodyne quotations in anonymity by insisting they be referred to as a ‘top Democrat’ or a ‘Republican strategist.’”
“Those [reporters] who did speak on the record said the restrictions seem only to be growing. ‘It’s not something I’m particularly proud of because there’s a part of me that says, Don’t do it, don’t agree to their terms,’ said Major Garrett, a correspondent for The National Journal.”
“It was difficult to find a news outlet that had not agreed to quote approval, albeit reluctantly. Organizations like Bloomberg, The Washington Post, Vanity Fair, Reuters and The New York Times have all consented to interviews under such terms.”
I quoted extensively because it’s an astounding admission. If the press has to sell its independence to get access, do we really have a free press?
If you’re following the investigation into the “birth certificate” that Obama has released, here’s the latest from the Sheriff Joe Arpaio investigation. They’ve discovered what the light pencil numbers on the certificate represent.
Homeschoolers in Sweden are marching on the capital over their banishment. This is the same government that lobbied for the freedom of a Swedish Muslim terrorist who was in Guantanamo. He went on to kill a bunch of Israelis the other day. They stand with terrorists but against Christians who choose to educate their children without the insidious influence of their godless government. If you want to know why Europe is going bankrupt, it’s pretty simple. Financial bankruptcy follows moral bankruptcy.
Here’s some more coverage of the gay agenda’s willingness to destroy anyone who opposes their desire to conquer our culture. I’m of course referring to the Mark Regnerus study on the effects of children growing up with gay parents. Even though the study is pretty thorough, the liberals want him investigated for scientific inquiry into a subject they feel only they should be allowed to investigate. Katherine Jean Lopez does a column that begins:
“‘It’s time for Mark Regnerus to Get Collectively Dumped,’ read the headline to a New Republic blog post in response to a study released earlier this summer by Regnerus, a professor in the department of sociology and at the Population Research Center at the University of Texas at Austin. His Crime? Doing research on the effects of same-sex parenting on children. The shamelessness of the blogospheric eruption turned into an outrage when an activist in New York wrote to the university to accuse Regnerus of ‘using misinformation in an attempt to hurt others,’ prompting an ethics inquiry.”
As I’ve written before, I plan to write on this more. But read the whole thing.
In a post called “The Sexual Revolution Gets (More) Totalitarian,” David French draws attention to the column I mentioned above, and then he writes about Boston mayor Thomas Menino going after Chick-Fil-A. I wrote about the president of Chick-Fil-A yesterday. He has no problem defending his Christin position against gay marriage. Now, the Boston mayor wants to prevent him from doing business in Boston. French concludes with a good point:
If the mayor acts to block Chick-fil-A, his actions would be grotesquely unconstitutional. The right to do business in any community is not contingent upon the political or religious views of the business owners. Customers are certainly free to forgo eating at Chick-fil-A for any reason or no reason at all, but the government may not affirmatively block its access to the market on the basis of nothing more than politics and bigotry.
I have no idea if Chick-fil-A has any plans to enter the Boston market, but if they do, I hope they won’t be deterred by Mayor Menino. Unless our nation has truly entered a post-constitutional age, his intolerance won’t prevail in federal court.
Whenever people say that the government’s creation of gay marriage won’t affect heterosexuals and Christians, I have to laugh. It is indeed affecting them in a huge way. Here, a mayor is trying to prevent someone from opening a business in his city simply because the businessman is an unashamed Christian who isn’t willing to hide his Christianity in a closet. To paraphrase Rev. Martin Niemoller, then they came for the businessmen, and I did not speak out – because I wasn’t a businessman….
Speaking of Chick-Fil-A, the muppets are not longer doing business with them out of respect for gay muppets? No, it’s just that Lisa Henson, the CEO of the Jim Henson Company, is in favor of redefining marriage.
The Chicago Sun Times reports that some teens have killed a man in the game I wrote about the other day called “Knockout King.” This is when a gang picks an unsuspecting civilian and tries to knock him or her out with one punch. If they fail, they have to continue to beat that person. And to show you just how stupid the public school system has made them, they actually posted the video on the Facebook. This is what the government does to you children America. Flee the government schools. Run for your children’s lives.
Some folks in Humarock, MA want to secede from their town due to “heavy-handed” treatment by police enforcing bonfire bans on the beach during the Independence Day celebrations. Fred Hayden said, “That was a full military operation… I mean hummers up and down the beach, state police helicopters, horseback, bomb squad, [and] a command post up the center.” Emory Langlolies said, “Every time they talk to you it’s in a threatening fasion.” As CBS reports:
Langlolies described his experience with law enforcement on the 3rd as overkill. He claims he was playing patriotic music when town officials marched onto his private property and unplugged his stereo. Langlolies says an officer then crushed the plug to keep him from starting the music again.
It gets worse.
A conservative group called One Million Moms is going after Glee creator Ryan Murphy for a show that NBC is planning to air. The show’s called The New Normal, and it’s about a couple of gay guys who hire a woman to have a baby for them. The gay agenda just wants to push the envelope, and there is no limit to their pushing of this envelope. It never stops.
I’ve always liked Elton John. As a representative of the gay movement, I don’t get the idea that he’s as nefarious as most. In any case, at an AIDS conference in DC, he admitted that he should have been dead. That’s not why I like him smart aleck. Alluding to his reckless lifestyle as a younger man addicted to cocaine, he said: “By all rights I shouldn’t be here today. I should be dead – six foot under in a wooden box. I should have contracted HIV in the 1980s and died in the 1990s, just like Freddie Mercury, just like Rock Hudson. Every day I wonder, how did I survive.” He later made an interesting point: “The AIDS disease is caused by a virus, but the AIDS epidemic is not. The AIDS epidemic is fuelled by stigma, violence and indifference.” I’m not saying I agree totally with him, but at least he’s still focused on an important issue that the world is faced with. He’s not painting some pretty picture of the homosexual lifestyle. He’s presenting reality. As well, he’s using his luck in life (I’m not referring to his talents, but his not having gotten the AIDS) to do something good. For that, and for some of his great songs, I want to thank him.
Here’s another example of why the government is nearly insolvent. Obama forced the US Air Force to spend $639,000 on 11,000 gallons of biofuel. This is the equivalent of spending $59 a gallon on fuel when gas goes for about $3.60. The company is Gevo, Inc., and it is run by an Obama donor who’s given $474,534 in campaign donations, 86% of which went to Democrats. He was also involved with Range Fuels, which went bankrupt after getting $64 million from the Obama energy boondoggle fund. As well, he has ties with Al Gore. The government spent $59 a gallon for fuel.

Its happening locally also. Nazareth College took $500,000 from the International Institute of Islamic Thought to endow a the Interfaith professor chair. This is a group with established ties to terrorist activities and one that publishes books encouraging Muslims to harm non-muslims. I have the book I am talking about and have been showing it around!
