Word from the Underground Railroad

Word from the Underground Railroad

Gold Lantern

If you’re not aware, we have an Underground Railroad set up to help improve government schools. We’ve reached out to any teacher who is willing to anonymously tell us what is going on. While being anonymous isn’t a prerequisite, we do indeed realize the risks that unionized workers take when ratting out the idiocy of government bureaucrats who come up with methods of avoiding problems or of making them look better than they are.

When Former Rochester City School District Superintendent Jean-Claude Brizard left for a better paying job at a larger school district to ruin in Chicago, he bragged about a decrease in the number of suspensions in Rochester by 75%.

The head of our Underground Railroad, codenamed Gold Lantern, shed some light on this. Instead of suspending children for violent offenses such as fighting, assault or being caught with weapons, the RCSD now ONLY uses In-School Suspension (ISS).  “In-School Suspension” is like having detention all day in one room.  Instead of being home, under parental supervision and separated from other students, all the students with ISS spend the whole day together under the eye of a few supervisors.

To be totally accurate, there is, on rare occasions, a special out-of-school center called “I’m ready” (ready for what I’m not sure- maybe to go to jail- but that’s just my guess), but too many offenses that deserve out-of-school suspension get ISS instead.

For “lesser offenses” that, in the past, would have received ISS, students are now given something called “Alternative to Suspension” (ATS).  Here’s the problem. Those in ATS are not supposed to be mixed in with the children with ISS (In-School Suspension), but they are. Imagine that.  In order to overcome that situation, ATS should be called “intervention,” but the main reason for ATS is to improve school statistics.

By supposedly improving statistics, the former superintendent was able to pad his resume with a faked stat that there was a 75% drop in suspensions. But why else would a school need to pretend that those who should really receive out-of-school suspension only received ISS?  This slight of hand actually seems to violate the school system’s code of conduct (P. 20-32 regarding suspensions and disciplinary rules).

One reason is money. When a child is suspended, the school doesn’t receive the money for that child’s attendance on the day that that child is out of school. If the child is in school, due to being in the in-school-suspension room, the school gets the money. As well, when a child gets ATS as opposed to ISS, that child does not get the offense put on his or her permanent record, and this of course means less paperwork for the bureaucrats. It also means that the school doesn’t have the offense on its record, which makes it easier for administrators to pad their resumes.  And making the stats look better in the yearly reports also makes it easier to justify the demands for property tax hikes in order to feed the starving beast that the school system is.  Remember, the voters aren’t allowed to vote on the budget in the Rochester City, so what they say goes.

But what are the costs? Do kids that are perpetually thrown into ISS and ATS mind being there? Not always. It’s much more fun than being in class where they’re expected to behave and act like humans. In the ISS and ATS room, where all the kids are stored for the day, there are expectations, but those are hard to enforce in a room full of disruptive and disrespectful kids.  As well, another consequence is adding more days to ISS.

An additional issue is that the teacher in charge of watching the room might even have reason to fear the kids in the room.  This is especially dangerous when kids, put there for fighting, are there together. It’s easy to imagine that the fight might continue once they’re put together in the ISS room.  Metal detectors don’t sense plastic shivs, and since weapons offenses may be punished with ISS, one has to be aware that weapons may be present even in the ATS room.

Another consequence of replacing out of school suspension with ISS and ATS is that repeat offenders just get reassigned and spend more days in suspension and out of class.  This makes it harder for the offending child to actually learn anything, stay caught up and actually graduate.

This does not create a safer environment for teachers or for other children. It is especially dangerous to the non-violent children who only received ATS for a smaller disciplinary issue. They have to share their ATS room with kids who’d probably be more suited for a Juvenile Detention Center. But since repeated violence just gets ISS, those that should be in a Juvenile Detention Center escape justice because sneaky bureaucrats want to keep the money flowing and the accolades coming.

All of these measures do not really deter future misdeeds.  Students rarely have a problem with consequences.  It’s been said that when fights used to get students arrested, they’d stop fighting.  But sadly, that was a long time ago.

We’d like to hear more about this. If you’re a teacher with an ISS horror story to tell us, please contact theunderground@fdfny.org. And if you work at a school that does this, please tell us so that we can make others aware.

The Rochester School Board to Parents: Your Input is Unwelcome

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 18th, 2012

Media Contact: Ayesha Kreutz
(585) 615-9551 or info@fdfny.org

The Media has it all wrong about what happened at the so-called public forum for the superintendent search, and I hope they will come and ask us about what really went on.  So far they’ve only reported the side of the school board, and that has been very lacking, especially of the details that the school board wouldn’t want the public to know about.

For instance, after Bolgen Vargas was going to speak, we the parents and taxpayers, who don’t approve of Vargas’s ascension to satisfy the unions because he’s supposedly promised that he’ll be their “yes man,” were led to believe that we could ask questions.  Before the other gentleman, who supposedly has a shot at the job, spoke, they had people write down questions. From that, the board chose what questions to ask the other gentleman- not even randomly.  Then, they planned to ask Vargas the same questions that were directed to the other man.  In other words, the questions that we had for Vargas, who has time as interim superintendent to answer for, were not at all going to be addressed.  They took the questions addressed to the other gentleman, whom they have there as a token to the supposed process, and they asked the same questions of Vargas.

This is just absurd.  At this point, the four parents’ groups had figured out that the board had found a way to avoid hearing their concerns at a “public forum.”  In response to this major slight, they got up and locked arms- silently and non-violently.  In continued efforts to avoid having to hear from the people that pay the taxes that fund their jobs, the board called the police and then for a recess.  The parents waited for their return, only to find out that they had moved it to another auditorium.  Upon trying to enter the second place, the “security guards” kept we the parents out.  The police on the other hand were cordial. They waved, smiled, spoke when spoken to and just stood watching as no laws were being broken.

If this is what is considered appropriate in a free society, then great.  However, if this doesn’t sound like the America we’ve grown up in- the America with representative democracy where the leaders will hear from the people- maybe the members of the media should stop scoffing at and mocking the parents who actually care about the education that their children are being deprived of by corrupted politicians and unions.

I find it sad and disturbing that, even at a local level, some government agencies are not as representative as they should be. In particular, I want to talk about the local Rochester City School Board. I have been really involved for the last couple of years. Before that, I paid attention and showed up at a few things to voice my concerns, but since we the taxpayers and parents are regularly ignored and scoffed at, I just went along with my life like most of us do. But now that I have seen how corrupt the system actually is, I cannot, in good conscience, continue to sit back and enjoy my little life as the world around me falls apart.

Which brings us to this particular situation. When considering the members on the Rochester City School Board, I have to wonder if any of them actually care about education or if they just enjoy getting a paycheck for being in the pocket of the teachers union. I know that sounds mean, and I do not want it to be.  I am sure they are good people, but what are we to think as individuals and groups when they consistently disregard us?

Let’s take the Superintendent search for example. For the 8 months or so that I have been personally trying to tell anyone who’d listen about how the process is corrupt, I’ve been witnessing the corruption going on right out in the open.  The overtness with which they operate would embarrass a mob boss.

As a conservative member of the Rochester Parents United (RPU), I know of no other organizations with such a diverse political spectrum represented by its members who still all agree on the same thing so vehemently.  We all agree that, our kids come first and that the Rochester School Board and the teachers unions are a problem and subsequently are happy to use Bolgen Vargas as a “yes man” in their attempts to further corrupt an ever-failing school system. I would suggest that if you are a Rochester City Parent, you should call Ernest Flagler (585) 210-3385.  He’s the actual president of the RPU. Find out more about them. This is about our children and the rights of parents.

We at the Frederick Douglass Foundation have had a few dealings with Bolgen Vargas.  We’ve also spoken with parents who have dealt with him, and 90 percent of us agree that he is just not right for the job, even if it’s for different reasons.

Now, I have listened to Vargas.  I think he is a nice guy and that his intentions are good, but what is that saying?  As they say, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” We do not dislike Vargas as a person. We dislike the process and the arrogance of the School Board with which Vargas happily went along.

A while back, the school board announced that they were looking for a new superintendent. In the mean time, Vargas would be the interim superintendent and would not be considered for the permanent position.  Three days later, Bolgen Vargas gave the unions everything they wanted by approving a contract that was being contested- for many good reasons.  The Vargas approval in their pocket, the board magically tells us that there is an outpouring of support of Vargas for this position.  As a result, they took back what they first promised. They re-voted to allow him to apply for the permanent position.

How much do you want to bet that that supposed support came from the teachers who benefited from his corrupt approval of their contract that swindles the taxpayers of more money going into an educational system that will only continue to fail?  Keep in mind, Rochester taxpayers aren’t allowed to vote for or against the school budget.  Coincidence is the explanation of a lazy mind.  Only a lazy mind would fail to see something fishy in that.

Then the board told us that they were going to build a coalition of people and spend $40,000 to hire a search firm to make sure that they find the best-qualified person. Low and behold, one of the finalists, that they spent a year and $40,000 to find, just happens to be the guy who was there all along.  Oh wait and one other guy… really that is what they want us to believe.  It’s downright insulting.  Yet, it is we the parents that are derided and made fun of by the media.

As if we the parents really had a say right? I mean it’s just our kids.  Why should we have a say? We keep trying to tell the board to listen and they keep pushing us away.

The school board and the teachers union would love to think that we don’t see the dog and pony show for what it is, but we do. They think that, just because many of us came out of their failed educational system, poor inner-city parents are too dumb to notice the corruption of the process.  The board and the union hand picked Vargas because he gave them what they wanted and before that, he sat on the board for 7 years.

I suppose that is what they would think since they have failed 3 generations of students already, but we the parents have had enough. We want better for our kids. We no longer want to be controlled by the system that is supposed to help us. We no longer want to help the system keep us down.  And for that, they want to ignore us because acknowledging our mere existence means they might lose some of their power in that they might need to be held to account for their votes.  Wouldn’t want that would they?

I have come to the conclusion that there are many parents who care and want to be involved, but they are consistently ignored and disenfranchised by the same people who claim the parents do not care. The school board and the union cannot have it both ways.

Our frustration comes from the fact that the board, the teachers, the administrators and the government keep saying: “We need more parental involvement, we need them to help us and to care.”

All the while, they’re saying: “Hey, do not worry about your kid’s education. We know best. Let the professionals handle it. We didn’t even teach you to read properly, so let us handle educating your kids.”

Then, when the parents do say: “Ummm, we see a problem,” they send us to “The Man” who says: “Oh I hear you, I am listening.”

Of course those are lies, and they inevitably proceed to do nothing about the problems.  Now you have several groups of parents who have banded together, and still they just want to ignore us. Did anyone ask, what would drive these parents and groups to take such drastic measures? Did anyone wonder what is going on that finally the grassroots movements are united under one cause?  No, the parents were called “trash” by the supposed enlightened among us- the media and the school board members.  What are you trying to hide media?  Is the media benefiting from the corruption?

At the recent “superintendent search”-if you can call it that since they are simply searching for Vargas who is already right there- there were 4 groups represented at this protest.  It was NOT just Rochester Parents United, whom it is a pleasure to work with. I encourage every parent to look them up, find out more about them, join them and support them. Do not listen to the nonsense on TV.  The media have lied on behalf of the same folks who get paid way too much to so consistently fail to educate your children.

At the meeting, which was supposedly an opportunity for parents to speak out and ask questions, there were Blacks, whites, Hispanics, Christians, Muslims, Communists, Republicans and Democrats- all united and locked in arms for one cause. How amazing is that? I was actually impressed, because at no other time in my lifetime have I seen such a diverse group of people all united like that. Our children and parents stood together in peace to fight a corrupt system.

Maybe if the news media were reporting the truth, we would get somewhere. I find it appalling that people would sit back and mock people fighting for their kid’s education. To call out those who are looking for change, while remaining silent on the fact that the unions and the school board constantly ignore the parents, is just wrong. I don’t see one place where anyone is saying: “Hmmm…. I wonder why these folks went to such public and drastic measures.”  But because many of the parents were black, they just chalk it up to some crazy black parents trying to make a stink- this is the liberal media mocking the black parents. This is the Democrat-supporting media telling the black folks that vote for Democrats to shut up and get off the bus.  This bus isn’t for you black folks.  But even Bob Lonsberry, the supposed conservative who should know better, was taken in by the media’s lies about the parents who care.  Shame on all of you for not even questioning the failed status quo.

Malik Evans and the school board: wake up and smell the defeat coming your way. We are elephants, and we forget nothing. We will keep reporting on all of this and will be sure to remind the general public of your smug arrogance.  In the mean time, I pray that the Lord touches his heart to stop the hardening like Pharaoh’s. There is a chance for redemption here.  But they need to stop patronizing we the parents and start doing the right thing. They can start by listening to those who care about our kids and their kids’ education.  They should be applauding us and not hiding from us.

The Rochester School Board Should Vote NO on Bolgen Vargas

The Frederick Douglass Foundation Says the Rochester School Board Should Vote NO on Bolgen Vargas

The Rochester City School District welcomes all children.

The Frederick Douglass Foundation would first like to remind folks that according to Buffalo Business First, the Rochester City School district is ranked 431 out of 431 school systems outside of New York City.  This stands as a testimony against the members of the Rochester City School Board who are apparently about to select Bolgen Vargas as the permanent superintendent, even though they had promised not to.  But that promise came before Vargas gave the unions what they wanted.

But did they give the parents what they want?  Who knows?  Rochester voters are not allowed to vote down a school budget.  From that fact alone, one must assume they don’t care.  Think about that.  Unlike other school systems, where voters are allowed to veto the idiocy of those who run schools by voting down the budget, the Rochester City Schools District budget is determined by board members who are in the pocket of the unions.  Since all of the members on the board are members of the same political party as the folks who run the unions, the board members must feel that they have cart blanche, simply because voters refuse to even consider candidates of the other political party.

Perhaps that makes them feel untouchable.  Well the time for unaccountability is over.  The Frederick Douglass Foundation knows about Bolgen Vargas and the members of the school board.  As part of our promise to freeze hell by election time for the board members who are about to put Vargas in as superintendent, we’d like to draw attention to something else that they’ve done as puppets of the teachers unions.

Bolgen Vargas and the school board have failed to fire Valerie Yarn because the teachers union believes she deserves a second chance.  Valerie Yarn is a gym teacher who was sent to jail for sexually harassing her principal, and who allegedly continued to harass the principal from jail.  Then when she got out of jail for sexual harassment, her job was waiting for her.  The teachers union- that same one that approves of Vargas because Vargas rubber stamps their demands- made sure that her job was there.  Most sex offenders are required to stay away from children, but not this one.  She’s a government union member.

Out of jail and back in the girls’ locker room, Valerie Yarn allegedly made all the girls in the gym class strip down (even their bras) to check for scoliosis- a job that should probably be done by the nurse.  When some of the underage girls complained of being sexually uncomfortable when being forced to get half-naked in front of the teacher, Yarn was suspended with pay.  You read that right.  She’s home getting paid good money, stolen from taxpayers who don’t get to vote on the school budget, to sit around and not work.  Why?  Because her union dues go to the union, and some of those dues are used to help elect politicians of the same party as all of the members of the school board.

We know, this is hard to believe, so we’ll put it another way.  The teachers union, the same union that is pulling the strings of the school board and of Vargas, believes she should get a second chance.  As a result, the school system can’t fire this woman.  Now, as the New York Daily News reports, this situation isn’t unique to Rochester.  “Sixteen city teachers have been singled out by education officials for pervy classroom behavior – but they can’t be fired, the Daily News has learned.”

So, in addition to being in the tank for the gay agenda that is pushing alternative lifestyles on the kids through sex-education classes and handing out free sex tools to children as young as 12, the school board, the union and Bolgen Vargas are in the tank for the alleged lesbian-sexual harasser Valerie Yarn.  I don’t know how many homosexuals are on the school board, but I do know that if Valarie Yarn were a man sexually harassing girls, he’d be fired.  But since she’s a lesbian, she’s not fired.  The Frederick Douglass Foundation would like someone in the media to ask Bolgen Vargas what he thinks about this.

The Democrat and Chronicle used to have an article on their website, but it has been archived.  We guess that that’s good news for the teachers union.  We doubt that the teachers union would like the parents of the school district to know the extent that they’re willing, with Vargas’ approval, to teach children to be sexual deviants.  We’re sure all the parents that attend the churches that we stay in touch with would like to know more about this.  Well, guess what school board and teachers union, the parents of Rochester are going to learn more about your degenerate teaching methods and schemes to turn children into homosexuals and streetwalkers.  Your unwillingness to cross the gay agenda in order to protect children, added with the previously discussed board-approved program of free sex tools for Rochester children as young as aged 12, will become common knowledge.

And to all you teachers out there who are finding out about this for the first time, you have a choice.  You can keep quiet and accept your portion of the guilt that comes from the top, or you can help us help the children stuck in this rotten system.  Join the Frederick Douglass Foundation’s Underground Railroad.  Contact us anonymously at theunderground@fdfny.org.  We understand that the system rots from the head and that it’s dangerous to rock the sinking ship, but the children of the Rochester City School District need you.  Silent complicity however is nothing more than accepting the guilt that the union is giving you.

With that written, we call on the Rochester School Board to vote NO on Bolgen Vargas.  Sign the Petition: No To Bolgen Vargas as RCSD Superintendent

The Frederick Douglass Foundation calls on Interim Superintendent Bolgen Vargas to Step Down

Contact: (585) 615-9551 or info@fdfny.org

According to the study at Buffalo Business First, the Rochester City School district is ranked 431 out of 431 school systems outside of New York City.  Interim Superintendent Bolgen Vargas, while not at all fully responsible, must still accept some of the responsibility.  He was on the school board for seven years and was the president for four of those seven.

When he was chosen, without any superintendent experience on his resume, the Rochester School Board promised that he would not be considered as a permanent replacement.

But Vargas played his cards right.  Within three days, he did everything the Rochester Teacher’s Union wanted.  Because the board members of the school board are all members of the same political party and because the unions run this political party, every member except for one on the school board has changed his or her vote.  Reneging on their agreement not to select Vargas, they’ve taken a second vote so as to make way for the announcement that Vargas will indeed be the next superintendent.

The Frederick Douglass Foundation knows about this guy first hand.  We will freeze hell and go ice-skating before Vargas’ ascension is made official.  Those who vote for him will be signing their name to the guest list in foyer of Hades.  Come election time, the voters will understand what they’ve done.

Here is one of the reasons Vargas must step down.  When the teachers union and the school board wanted to hand out condoms, motion lotion and all sorts of sex-shop goodies to children as young as 12 through Planned-Parenthood-front groups, Bolgen Vargas said, “Do it,” or something that meant that.  We’re not sure.  He’s hard to understand because English is his second language.

And when this same sex-peddling gang of perverts wanted to teach children all the great positions and types of sex, whether it be heterosexual, homosexual or group sexual, Vargas said something that meant, “Have at ‘em.  They’re just going to do it anyway.  And if they get pregnant, they can always have an abortion.”  Again, none of these quotes are direct because no one can really understand what Vargas is saying most of the time.  All we know is that this is what the school board did, and since they like Vargas, Vargas must have been behind them.

And in the run up to their great free-condoms-for-all-children program debut, these same sex-peddling groomers of children as sex toys threw a party at the one of the nightclubs near Alexander St. and East Ave.  They bussed children from the recreation centers, and parents purposely were not told of the things I’m about to tell you.  Children younger than twelve and as old as 21 or 22 were greeted with a row of tables.  At one side there were a bunch of free sex tools and instructions.  At the other side were lollypops for the really young children.  When the children turned around, there was a dance floor.  Imagine a pervert driving a van full of sex toys offering your ten-year old a lollypop.  Well that’s what the Rochester School Board, under Vargas, has unleashed on your children.

Instead of trying to get children addicted to sex, try getting them addicted to fishing.  They’ll spend their free time fishing and will undoubtedly catch some fish.  But being addicted to sex will mean they spend their free time having sex and will more than likely catch some STD’s or a baby.  Of course that’s good for Planned Parenthood, one of the organizations behind this child-sex scheme, since they treat STD’s and consider a baby nothing more than a disease that they get paid to treat.  And since some of the profits from the unwanted baby eliminations go to the same political party behind the school board and Vargas, the plan now makes sense, doesn’t it?  They all make money, and children get caught in the moral crossfire.  Way to protect the children Bolgen Vargas.

The Frederick Douglass Foundation of New York believes we must judge a man by what he says and does.  Since we’re not sure what Bolgen Vargas is saying half the time, we must judge him by what he does.  When the School Board and the teachers union got in bed with the sexual corrupters of children, Bolgen Vargas remained silent.  He did this so that the school board members would later consider him as permanent superintendent.  Considering the implications of this board’s actions on the moral, emotional and physical wellbeing of the children of the Rochester City School District, we recommend that the board vote NO on Bolgen Vargas.

Open Letter to the NAACP from The Frederick Douglass Foundation

www.TFDF.org  “We Believe in the Sanctity of Human Life and the Protection of Traditional Marriage”
Immediate Press Release
March 23, 2012
Contact Person: Timothy F. Johnson, Ph.D.
Email Address: tfjohnson@tfdf.org

An Open Letter to the NAACP from The Frederick Douglass Foundation
It is sad that in today’s society, our first black president isn’t willing to answer his critics himself and needs liberal groups to smear any detractors as racist. The NAACP has used this cultural extortion to shame the Reverend Franklin Graham into apologizing for not being able to whole-heartedly admit that he believes that President Obama is a true Christian without feeling like he’s lying. By the NAACP’s assumption that this is a racial issue, it seems that they’re claiming that the rules of God for a black man are different than those for a white man.
We, at the Frederick Douglass Foundation, stand with the Rev. Franklin Graham, because we understand his seeming unwillingness to proclaim and honor President Obama’s Christian devoutness. We all need to look at ourselves in the mirror in the morning. Pretending he believes that President Obama is truly devout in his worship of the Christian God would likely make the Reverend feel like he’s being forced to sacrifice his credibility in order to fulfill some politically correct dictate. It seems that the NAACP thinks that questioning President Obama is the same as hating him for being black. And that’s a shame.
The existence of the black man’s equality rests upon his believing that he must live by the same rules as the white man. Instead, demanding that the white man treat the black man with unquestionable delicacy while at the same time treating the white man as if he were guilty of racial animosity without proof is a sure way to violate the agreement society has come to in regards to equality.
So, in standing with Rev. Franklin Graham, here are some things about President Obama that make us question his Christian sincerity. Please note, we, like Rev. Graham, are not questioning his salvation. Only God can judge that. We are only pointing out that President Obama’s actions do not necessarily match his words.
As a State Senator in Illinois, then Senator Obama voted against the state’s Born Alive Infant Protection Act. This was a law that said that infants who survive abortions should be given medical attention. In the state Senate Debate on April 4, 2002, Senator Obama said:
“As I understand it, this puts the burden on the attending physician who has determined, since they were performing this procedure, that, in fact, this is a nonviable fetus; that if that fetus, or child — however way you want to describe it — is now outside the mother’s womb and the doctor continues to think that it’s nonviable but there’s, let’s say, movement or some indication that, in fact, they’re not just coming out limp and dead, that, in fact, they would then have to call a second physician to monitor and check off and make sure that this is not a live child that could be saved. Is that correct?”
A similar bill passed the US Senate before President Obama was there by a vote of 98-0. Not even NARAL opposed it.
When a baby decides he or she doesn’t want to go out like this in the abortionist’s office, Senator Obama voted to allow it to die alone in a cold metal cupboard. He was concerned that the mother and abortion “doctor” would be burdened with having to make a life or death decision that might conflict with the mother’s previous decision to kill her unborn baby, or “fetus” as he likes to call it. This is infanticide. The Christian God commands: “Thou Shalt not murder.” Murder by neglect is still murder, and Senator Obama voted for murder by neglect. These are not the sentiments of a devout Christian.
In the NAACP’s open letter to Rev. Graham, you write: “We are appalled then and now by the venomous insinuation that a sitting Democratic President who cares deeply ‘for the least of these’ is Christian in name only.” With his words and actions, how in any way does President Obama seem as though he does indeed care at all “for the least of these?”
Regarding his Obamacare mandates that all insurance plans cover birth control, sterility and abortifacient drugs, President Obama again shows his disdain for Christians. This has much more to do with religious freedoms than the media suggests. They seem to focus on the forcing of Catholics to pay for insurance plans that cover birth control, but what about sterility and abortifacient drugs? These two mandates offend Christians of all denominations. God said that we should be fruitful and multiply. He didn’t say get sterile, have no kids and rely on the socialist welfare state as you near death.
As well, abortifacient drugs are just another method of abortion. Incidentally, if you watch Maafa 21, you’ll learn that the company that makes the RU-486 morning-after pill also made the Zyklon-B gas that the Nazi’s used in the gas chambers during the genocide of World War II. That company is Hoechst AG. President Obama assures us this is for the health of women. A devout Christian knows that killing babies within the first 63 days of conception has nothing to do with the health of women.
Furthermore, if one doesn’t want to pay for an insurance plan that covers the abortion pill, one will have to go without insurance. And if one goes without insurance, one will be fined by the government- the same government that mandates that we pay for insurance policies that cover the abortion pill. These fines will then be used to fund the insurance of poor folks who can’t afford a policy, including the coverage of the abortion pills for these folks. Knowing this, if one decides that his conscience will not allow him to pay this fine, this individual can be put in jail. President Obama is essentially making us all pay for abortion- even it violates our conscience- or go to jail. This is dictatorial and demonic. It is not something a devout Christian would do. It also isn’t something that one, who respects the Constitution enough to have read the First Amendment, would do either.
So if the Rev. Franklin Graham said that he believed that President Obama was a devout Christian, it would be just as much a lie as when President Obama says that he’s against gay marriage. He says one thing, but does another. He has instructed his Justice Department not to defend the President Clinton-signed Defense of Marriage Act in Court because he contends it’s unconstitutional.
If defending marriage, an institution created by God in Genesis, is unconstitutional, then President Obama should just declare himself god. Marriage existed with a God-given meaning before our Constitution was written and before the United States even existed. When a man of government takes it upon himself to wink-wink his way through the nation-wide redefinition of marriage, he is a man who spits in the general direction of God. If marriage has a meaning that can be redefined by the whims of man, then marriage has no meaning at all. A devout Christian would understand that.
It is not necessarily racist to be hesitant to proclaim that a black man is a devout Christian when that man’s actions suggest a severe disdain for those who are devout. The NAACP should be better than this. They refused to speak up for President Bush when liberals were doing plays about his assassination. They refused to stick up for him when the daughter of James Byrd said: “So when Governor George W. Bush refused to support hate-crime legislation, it was like my father was killed all over again.” The NAACP actually ran that ad with her voice. Nonetheless, hate-crimes legislation wasn’t needed to get James Byrd the ultimate penalty. On September 21, 2011, white supremacist Lawrence Russell Brewer was executed by the state of Texas.
Did the NAACP apologize to President Bush for accusing him of racist motives and of dropping the ball? The only reason the execution took so long was that there were a bunch of liberal lawyers out there trying to keep him alive. Additional hate-crimes legislation would have done nothing to speed up his execution. The legislation would instead simply perpetuate the premise that the black man isn’t equal by writing the inequalities into law.
Since President Obama refuses to answer to his critics personally and since his teleprompter doesn’t seem to care what we think, we, at the Frederick Douglass Foundation, invite the NAACP to answer our concerns on his behalf. The members of the NAACP seem adept at wielding the Word of God in defense of the first black president. Please feel free to try and justify the President’s positions above. Forcing the Rev. Graham to lie by vouching for the supposed devoutness of a man with an apparent demonic coldness towards all that is Christian, simply because it is a white man and a black man, is not the way to achieve racial equality in society. Until a white man can judge a black man by “the content of his character” without it automatically being a racial issue, there is no equality.

Breaking News: 13 Year Old Jada Williams Persecuted by the Rochester City School District

“Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, where ignorance prevails, and where any one class is made to feel that society is an organized conspiracy to oppress, rob and degrade them, neither persons nor property will be safe.”                                                  Frederick Douglass

In Case You Missed It

13 Year Old Jada Williams Persecuted by the Rochester City School District  Over her essay on Frederick Douglass.

On Saturday, February 18, 2012, the Frederick Douglass Foundation of New York presented the first Spirit of Freedom award to Jada Williams, a 13-year old city of Rochester student.  Miss Williams wrote an essay on her impressions of Frederick Douglass’ first autobiography the Narrative of the Life.  This was part of an essay contest, but her essay was never entered.  It offended her teachers so much that, after harassment from teachers and school administrators at School #3, Miss Williams was forced to leave the school.
We at the Frederick Douglass Foundation honored her because her essay actually demonstrates that she understood the autobiography, even though it might seem a bit esoteric to most 13-year olds.  In her essay, she quotes part of the scene where Douglass’ slave master catches his wife teaching then slave Frederick to read.  During a speech about how he would be useless as a slave if he were able to read, Mr. Auld, the slave master, castigated his wife.
Miss Williams quoted Douglass quoting Mr. Auld:  “If you teach that nigger (speaking of myself) how to read, there will be no keeping him. It will forever unfit him to be a slaveHe would at once become unmanageable, and of no value to his master.”
Miss Williams personalized this to her own situation.  She reflected on how the “white teachers” do not have enough control of the classroom to successfully teach the minority students in Rochester.  While she herself is more literate than most, due to her own perseverance and diligence, she sees the fact that so many of the other “so-called ‘unteachable’” students aren’t learning to read as a form of modern-day slavery.  Their illiteracy holds them back in society.
Her call to action was then in her summary: “A grand price was paid in order for us to be where we are today; but in my mind we should be a lot further, so again I encourage the white teachers to instruct and I encourage my people to not just be a student, but become a learner.”
This offended her English teacher so much that the teacher copied the essay for other teachers and for the Principal. After that, Miss Williams’ mother and father started receiving phone calls from numerous teachers, all claiming that their daughter is “angry.”  Miss Williams, mostly a straight-A student, started receiving very low grades, and she was kicked out of class for laughing and threatened with in-school suspension.
There were several meetings with teachers and administrators, but all failed to answer Miss Williams’ mother’s questions. The teachers refused to show her the tests and work that she had supposedly performed so poorly on.  Instead, the teachers and administrators branded her a problem.
Unable to take anymore of the persecution, they pulled her from School #3.  Wanting to try another school, they were quickly informed that that school was filled and told to try “this school.”  During her first day at this new school, she witnessed four fights, and other students asked her if she was put here because she fights too much.
Long story short, they took an exceptional student, with the radical idea that kids should learn to read, and put her in a school of throwaway students who are even more unmanageable than the average student in her previous school.  To protect their daughter, her parents have had to remove her from school, and her mother has had to quit her job so she can take care of Miss Williams.
To date, the administrators of School #3 have refused to release her records, even though she no longer attends the school, and they have repeatedly given her mother the run around.  We at the Frederick Douglass Foundation have contacted school administrators in regards to this situation and have also been told to hit the pavement.

That’s what we intend to do.  If this school will sacrifice the welfare of an above-average student whose essay, that they asked her to write, they find offensive, we intend to make everyone aware of this monstrous injustice.  The school has a job, and it is not doing it.  We would like as many folks as possible to call the Principal of School #3 and complain about this injustice.  Her name is Miss Connie Wehner, and she can be reached at (585) 454-3525.  This treatment of Jada Williams cannot stand.

Frederick Douglass
I have one great political idea. . . . That idea is an old one…..The best expression of it, I have found in the Bible. It is in substance, “Righteousness exalteth a nation; sin is a reproach to any people” [Proverbs 14:34]. This constitutes my politics – the negative and positive of my politics, and the whole of my politics. . . . I feel it my duty to do all in my power to infuse this idea into the public mind, that it may speedily be recognized and practiced upon by our people.

Parents Push back and say NO! …… My kids, My values

Let’s make sure every parent in Monroe County NY knows what is going on, Please share, and hey all of NY for that matter as we already see in NYC what they are teaching our kids and these organizations are already lobbying to change the NY STATE curriculum so that all things sexual and perverse become mandatory health/sex ed in schools. Parents, grandparents, taxpayers it is time we PUSH BACK and say NO! Tell the school board(s) they work for you and you will parent your child.. let them know it is My kids, My values.

They want to steal our children’s innocence and virtue. Will you allow it to happen on your watch?

As a monroe County Tax payer and/or a parent. Please pass this information along so we can inform as many people as possible in the VERY short time we have and if you know of a parent who lives in the Rochester City School District please send me their contact information so we can contact them and urge them to get involved. The Rochester City School Board along with several agencies are doing some very dirty and underhanded things to by pass the people and parents.
Those we have voted in are betraying us as well as the nurses in the schools. Trying to implement programs that will result in pimping out our children.
We need your voice! Important meeting to weigh in on! The Rochester City School Board needs to hear from YOU; parents, grandparents, pastors, congregations and the tax paying citizens of Monroe County on this, as they will make their decision at anytime. Please commit to out children for the next 3 months, I KNOW the army of darkness is committed to stealing the innocence and souls of the next generation. You are all that is standing in their way.

Some FACTS you might consider:

• RCSD claims a 49% general graduation rate. Should they focus more on educating students or on promoting sexuality to children?

• STD’s & pregnancy rates have still increased despite these proposed “remedies.” Condoms actually increase STD and Pregnancy rates, giving children a false sense of security while encouraging further risky behavior.

• Condoms are only 85% effective and only used 57% of the time. A condom merely reduces—but does not eliminate—the risk of an STD or pregnancy. With increasing sexual activity, the chances of condom failure automatically goes up.

• Planned Parenthood’s founder and mission developer was Margaret Sanger, a surprisingly unapologetic eugenicist (discouraging reproduction of undesirables like minorities, the disabled, etc. –a philosophy also embraced by the Nazi party.) Sadly, eugenicists enthusiastically continue to support PP’s efforts today.

• One in two sexually active people will contract an STD before the age of 25, despite (because of?) forty years of condom-oriented “safe sex.”

• CONDOMS DO NOT PROTECT against Chlamydia, syphilis, herpes or HPV.

• The scientific link between Suicide and Depression in sexually active teens is undeniable. Boys and girls suffer the effects and are 3 to 8 times as likely to be depressed or attempt suicide than boys or girls who are not sexually active.

• Creating the school atmosphere of sexuality also encourages oral sex options that lead to further risks.

• Real abstinence programs are legitimate and now PROVEN to be effective. Kids that don’t have sex don’t have babies and don’t get STD’s. It’s hard to argue that fact.

• We have a successful abstinence-based program which decreased sexual activity and increased the academic success of the worst teen students in the City of Rochester, and we would like to offer it free of charge to the community and the RCSD…please inquire and ask the district to implement this program on behalf of your children.

Message to Obama in regards to Congressman-elect Bob Turner of NY-9: Conservatism wins every time

To all the Democrats and the squishy NY “Republicans” who thought there would never be a conservative elected in New York City, take Bob Turner.

First, this stunning election victory is a rebuke of Obama and his apparent stance of hatred for all things Israel.  President Obama and his buddies in the Muslim Brotherhood lost to a pro-Israeli and pro-Life Catholic Republican.

Second, this was about gay marriage.  As assemblyman of New York, Turner’s opponent David Weprin said in arguing for the legalization of gay marriage: “My religion is very important to me personally, but this is not a religious issue.  I think everyone here would agree that we should not be outlawing marriages between Jews and non-Jews or interracial marriages.”  The Orthodox Jews of NY-9 don’t like gay marriage anymore than they like how Obama continues to build the foundation of Israel’s destruction.  Comparing those that aren’t for the redefinition of marriage for homosexuals to bigots against interfaith and interracial marriages is downright despicable.  But that’s par for the course for the Democrat Party.

Third, this is about Obama’s lack of competence at anything.  Bob Turner didn’t go after the liberals and the independents by trying to be liberal himself.  He called for a 35% decrease in Federal spending, the elimination of the Department of Agriculture and the EPA, and the reduction of the size of the Department of Education.  These aren’t the positions of liberals.  He didn’t try to win by out-liberaling the other guy.  He was unabashedly conservative, and he won a seat that’s been held by Democrats for 93 years.

Let that be a lesson.  Conservatism wins.  Standing up for marriage wins.  Cutting the size of government wins.  Standing with Israel against all those who’d prefer she didn’t exist wins.  Preparing to fight Obama in Congress wins.  Trying to get along with the Democrats and Obama is for losers.  Even in the most liberal of liberal cities, there are still enough people with enough commonsense to vote for a good Conservative.

We at the Frederick Douglass Foundation of New York would like to congratulate Congressman-elect Bob Turner.  WELL DONE man.

September 11th 2011, Honoring Those who lost their lives, are losing their lives and America

Let us never forget:

In the name of Jesus may Grace and Peace be with you,

Today marks the 10th Anniversary of the unjustified and deplorable attack that murdered thousands of innocent Americans in the Twin Towers, the Pentagon & in Pa. Today we will remember and honor those lives who, left their homes on that bright and sunny morning of September 11, 2001 and were so abruptly taken. The unlikely heroes who rose up- the fire fighters and police who ran into the buildings- and the heroism of those on Flight 93 who showed us we can fight back.

Today, 10 years later, we are a changed America, but the spirit of America and our commitment to life and liberty will never change. There is no amount of terrorism, from those who cannot stand the freedom endowed to us by our creator, that will make us surrender to their evil plans.

Our enemies expect us to flee, roll-over and give in, but let us also mark this 10th anniversary to remind our enemies of our victories we took down Saddam Hussain, in 2003, Khalid Sheik Mohammed was captured, in 2004 when Afghanistan’s fledgling democracy held its first presidential election., the Taliban is scattered, with the death of Osama Bin-Laden and the second-ranking figure Atiyah Abd al-Rahman al-Qaida is in disarray, we remain vigilant as we eagerly await the day our brave men and woman fighting and dying for freedom will come home when justice is served.

Knowing we cannot fully understand the horror, pain and loss those families, those wounded police officers, firefighters and all citizens that were directly involved, we at the Frederick Douglass Foundation would like them to know that they are in our prayers and thoughts as they continue to grieve.

The CBC and the Admission of Guilt

August 17, 2011 By Lorenzo T Neal, President, FDF of Mississippi

While speaking at a town hall meeting at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan on Tuesday, US Representative Maxine Waters of California admitted that she along with other members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) are tired of defending President Obama while he continues to neglect the needs and state of Black Americans. The “For the People” Jobs Initiative Tour is being sponsored by the CBC and includes US Reps Waters, Emmanuel Cleaver, the CBC president. Waters stated “Let me tell you why. We don‘t put pressure on the president because ya’ll love the president. You love the president. You’re very proud…to have a black man [in the White House] …First time in the history of the United States of America. If we go after the president too hard, you’re going after us.” Her remarks were mixed with cheers and jeers from the largely black audience at the job fair and town hall meeting hosted by the CBC. Mark Hicks of the Detroit News reported that the meeting turned heated at times as some residents debated government spending, bank lending, bipartisan bickering and the disproportionate effects of the economy on minorities. She added that she couldn’t understand why Obama’s Midwest tour does not include any black communities. The unemployment rate for Blacks is just over 16% far above the national rate of just over 9%. This is even more difficult to accept as Obama will take another 10 day vacation in Martha’s Vineyard. It is sending a clear message that President Obama is not in touch with the people no matter how much the media tries to spin it.

From this reaction in Detroit, it is clear that many Black Americans are suffering from post Obama election syndrome. They were promised change, and they are receiving the change that only liberals in government can give. These people were looking for an administration that presented itself as one that had the interest of the people at heart but are now realizing that the Obama administration is only interested in maintaining the status quo of government entitlements and keeping people in more oppression than in previous presidential administrations. What they have received however are more disaffection, higher unemployment, and a greater disenfranchisement from the very politicians they continue to elect to serve them a better deal or handout.

Rep. Waters’ admission sheds light on two major things. The first is that the CBC has realized that even with a person of color in office, they are still left out of the major political game. They have spent the last three decades attempting to assimilate into a government that really does not want their full participation unless they compromise their integrity and values to draw votes for a partisan agenda. I know that may come across as harsh but it is the truth. I don’t want to slight what individual CBC members are doing for their constituents but overall, it is nothing more than a shell game for the Democrats. It is an admission that the CBC is guilty of being the real “Uncle Toms” and forfeiting the needs and concerns of the people for the votes and favors of the DNC. The CBC as an entity is guilty of being the real sell outs to their communities and their people.

The second thing is that black people are more educated about what’s really happening in the country politically than the Democratic party wants to admit. The DNC and CBC can no longer spew nonsensical rhetoric through black media outlets as they once could. Blacks are actually listening to conservative black voices like Thomas Sowell, Michelle Malkin and organizations like the Frederick Douglass Foundation. The CBC is guilty of going with the spin of a pro-Obama media that neglects the authenticity of counter thoughts among Black Americans. They are guilty of being cover-ups for the reality that is plaguing Black America. This cover up and defending of progressives and liberal lies is what has Maxine Waters and others like her tired. They are running out of excuses for Obama and his policies. They can no longer hold their frustration because they realize that
their livelihood is also at stake.

What is the conclusion to the matter? It is simply this. Black Americans must once again find their voice to speak against the oppression this administration is continuing. While Obama and his team of media hype men attempt to promote a message of stability and progressive change for Americans, Blacks must read through it and see the reality of a President carrying out a progressive liberal agenda that is not fully inclusive for people of color. The real change must occur in the polls as lacks turn their frustrations into votes. These votes cannot be for the same people they must be for authentic change for Black Americans.

Frederick Douglass Foundation Chairman Calls U.S. Congressman Andre Carson Recent Comment About The Tea Party Reckless and Irresponsible

Perhaps the problem for Rep. Carson begins with his poor public education in the Indiana school system. Like so many previous statements and comparisons to our nations segregated past made by members of the CBC, the accused do not fit the profile portrayed. You see, like the Jim Crow laws and Black Codes, lynchings were legalized and performed by members of the Democratic party. Tea party activists have not committed any crimes against a black person, stopped anyone from entering any polling facilitates, or demanded they receive special privileges.

WASHINGTON, DC. Frederick Douglass Foundation Founder and National Chairman, Timothy F. Johnson, calls for “Abolishing the Congressional Black Caucus” after the 2012 general election. Of course the best way to make this a reality is by voting 42 of the 43 members out of office in 2012
What purpose does the CBC serve today? By all appearances, their actions and recent statements, they are just a collection of Black legislatures doing the public bidding for their handlers in the Democratic party. And while I am very supportive of Florida’s Rep. Allen West, I am equally supportive and proud of South Carolina’s Rep. Tim Scott who did not feel compelled to join the CBC.
In Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s 1963 March on Washington speech, he said “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

Well, I think it is about time everyone, black, white, brown and red, starts working towards this goal! As a matter of fact, many said this portion of his speech had been achieved with the election of President Obama in 2008. I guess the members of the CBC don’t see it that way today, uh?
For far too long, blacks have acted as if whites were the only group of people who discriminated against another ethnic group based solely on skin color. Well, this just isn’t true and you don’t have to look far to get proof of this!
The recent comments made by Representatives Maxine Water and Andre Carson, characterize the intent of the Democratic party through the use of the CBC  to incite increase racial tension leading up to the 2012 general elections. By singling out Tea Party activists, CBC members called non-liberal thinking “white people” racist. This further illustrates the point that the CBC’s time has come and gone.
Perhaps what is even more striking is the fact that members of the CBC are quick to defend the legacy of former KKK Exalted Cyclops and West Virginia Senator Robert Byrd or the racially insensitive comments about then Senator Obama penned in Senator Harry Reid’s book Game Change released in 2010.
Like so many other organizations started forty years ago, the CBC is part of our past not future. Every Member of Congress regardless of race, gender, religious preference or the district they serve, receives the same pay, same benefits and same powers. If CBC members are ineffective in serving their constituents, it’s not because of the color of their skin, it’s because of the content of their character!

Frederick Douglass Foundation Chairman Calls U.S. Congressman Andre Carson Recent Comment About The Tea Party Reckless and Irresponsible

Andre Carson Recent Comment about the tea party reckless and Irresponsible

Frederick Douglass Foundation Founder and National Chairman Timothy F. Johnson, stated on Wednesday, “it should come as no surprise to anyone that members of the Congressional Black Caucus are once again doing the bidding for the Democratic party by making absurd statements such as that made by Rep. Carson that the Tea party wants Blacks hanging on a tree.”

Furthermore, Rep. Carson’s desire to generally criticize a large grassroots group as racist, while comparing their actions to lynching, is outrageous, hateful, and desperate. When some Democrats can’t win a political disagreement, they normally resort to race-baiting, which is in itself racist. Our nation and the Black community are facing many problems… rhetoric like this does not’t help the nation or our community. It was only eight months ago, that Democrats were speaking out against vitriolic rhetoric like this after the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. Thusly, Rep. Carson and CBC Chairmen Emmanuel Cleaver should swiftly denounce these hateful statements and follow through on what they advocated for back in January.

Personally, I am finding it increasingly difficult to respect these so-called intelligent leaders from the black community who continue to misrepresent the historical facts about slavery and segregation by making reckless statements. We don’t always agree with what is said, but we respect their boldness and willingness to engage in the political process that seems to traditionally limit itself to the special interest groups, such as the homosexual agenda and pro-abortion groups. The fact that Tea party members of Congress, to include Florida Rep. Allen West, have taken positions that don’t necessarily support CBC’s race baiting agenda, does not mean they are anti-black, Johnson said.

During the 2012 election cycle, we must address this lack of responsible leadership by replacing these individuals with officials who respect the US Constitution and serve all Americans, equally.
If this was a Republican who made a similar remark, we know what the media response would have been, don’t we?

The Debt Downgrade is the Best Thing that could have Happened to America

transparent

NEW YORK -

There are many who would think this title is crazy, but that’s because they may not understand the full scope of what is happening. The country’s debt has tripled in the last few years from $5 trillion to near $15 trillion, and all the President and the fools in Congress can talk about is cutting the rate of growth of government.  Our national debt is at 100% of GDP, meaning our national debt exceeds our economic output.

The President and Congress pretend that, because the debt will only grow by $7 trillion over the next 10 years instead of $9 trillion, they’ve actually fixed the problem.  Fools, all of them.  We have over $100 trillion in unfunded liabilities to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, which is more than six times the debt.

This is part of the reason The S&P  downgraded our debt.

Dave Ramsey made a good point: “If the US Government was a family, they would be making $58,000 a year, they spend $75,000 a year and have $327,000 in credit card debt. They are currently proposing big spending cuts to reduce their spending to $72,000 a year.”

Here’s the scoop.  They think that they can monetize the debt by printing money and borrowing more to pay the service on the debt and that the rest of the world is fine with it.  All currencies are based upon the dollar and therefore will be hurt as well.  If we keep on this path, the world will eventually drop the dollar as the reserve currency, thus forcing sovereign nations to sell their dollars for more stable currencies.  This will further erode our dollar’s buying power, thus ushering in hyperinflation.  That’s the real debt ceiling, one that can’t be raised by a vote of a bunch of America-hating congressman who only cares about being re-elected.

Ben Bernanke is a crack head.  Hyperinflation is already here, but because the princes in government took food and energy from the inflation readings, they’re able to pretend it isn’t.  They pretend that, because we have deflation in the things we want and inflation in the things we need, we actually have low inflation.  But when you can’t afford the things you need, you normally have to sacrifice some of the things you want- that’s life.  But crack heads aren’t really acclimated to life and for that reason, Bernanke’s kept the Fed Funds rate near zero, allowing banks to borrow money for free and then invest in the stock market and government bonds instead of lending it to folks that may not be as secure as the government.  Well, the party’s nearing its end.

If he won’t raise the rates, the buyers of bonds will.  With the lowered credit rating, the United States government will have to eventually pay more interest if it is to borrow money by selling bonds.  This will force all the the cost of debt service to be raised for the future, thus forcing the spendaholics in Washington to come to terms with the reality that the US is broke.

Sure, there’s going to be pain for everyone, but it’s a choice between pain now or societal collapse later.  If the dollar falls, all currencies fall, because they’re all based on the dollar.  I don’t mean to sound unpatriotic, but this is the kick in the head Obama needed.  His Marxist teachings haven’t equipped him with the knowledge of economics needed to run the free world.  His education is all theory from Karl Marx, who never worked a day in his life.  He just lived off his buddy Engle’s family money while he theorized a world of wealth redistribution without ever addressing the question that ultimately needs to be answered:  “What do you do when all the wealth is gone?”

We at the Frederick Douglass Foundation of New York are not rooting against America.  We’re rooting against America’s government, which refuses to listen to the will of the people.  Instead of listening to the Tea Party, which is for less government and for a fiscal responsibility, they’ve scoffed at the only people in the United States who are making sense.

Ayesha Kreutz, President of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of New York, had this to say “ When I think about America today, this debt crisis and how the left calls us Tea Party folks and Republicans racists and demonize us for disagreeing with socialism and Marxism and communism, I cannot help but think of the last three commandments, EIGHT: ‘You shall not steal.’ – because all big government wants to do is take more of our money.  NINE: ‘You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.’ – because they call all those who oppose Obama’s socialism racists.  TEN: ‘You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s. – because of their tactics of class warfare.”

She went on to say “Our focus should be on revival and focusing hearts and minds on the one and only True living God Jesus Christ.”

Instead, Obama’s been served a nice plate of maggot-infested crow.  Eat up buddy.  The country can’t afford your largesse.  And the rest of the world is getting sick and tired of you too.  On Obama’s 50th birthday, the stock market went down 512 points to signify that investors didn’t like the fact that he was given another $2.4 trillion in borrowed money to blow over the next year and a half to buy votes.  It went down ten points for every year that he will have lived by the time the people of America will get the chance to sign his pink slip in November of 2012.  Hopefully, we’ll still be able to afford the gas to get us to the polls.

Congratulations big guy, you’re the president who earned our country a downgrade on its full faith and credit.  And it wasn’t like President George W. Bush left you with anything less than AAA.  You did this yourself.  America has two paths- shape up or fizzle out.  But let’s not forget, as the rates eventually go up, our dollar will be stronger.  If our leaders won’t do what’s necessary to save our country, the bond vigilantes eventually will.  And since the bond vigilantes are the people that the government refuses to listen to, that’s real democracy in action.  Thank you Standard and Poors.  Maybe now we can avoid societal collapse if our government will STOP SPENDING so much borrowed money.
